Ingredients
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of white wine or rosé
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 8 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 11 grams of baking powder
  • a little bit of flour
  1. Mix wine, oil and sugar together.
  2. Add the baking powder.
  3. Add the sieved flour until the dough is not sticky.
  4. Shape the Zézettes (shape of a long stocky finger with pointed ends) and roll them in sugar.
  5. Put them in the oven (170°C, 20 minutes) on a buttered plate.
