- Ingredients
- 1/4 small onion, very finely chopped
- 2 hot green chilies, finely chopped
- 4 large sprigs coriander (or leaves only to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 avocadoes
- 1 large tomato (1/2 pound size), peeled and chopped
- Grind the onions, chilies, coriander, & salt until almost smooth.
- Cut the avocados in half.
- Remove pit and mash.
- When the avocado is mixed, stir in chopped tomato.
- Add onion/chilies/coriander mix.
- Adjust the salt if necessary.
