Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 1/4 small onion, very finely chopped
  • 2 hot green chilies, finely chopped
  • 4 large sprigs coriander (or leaves only to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 large tomato (1/2 pound size), peeled and chopped
  1. Grind the onions, chilies, coriander, & salt until almost smooth.
  2. Cut the avocados in half.
  3. Remove pit and mash.
  4. When the avocado is mixed, stir in chopped tomato.
  5. Add onion/chilies/coriander mix.
  6. Adjust the salt if necessary.
